The Symposium in Harmonic Analysis and Geometric Measure Theory, organized for the first time in Ribeirão Preto in August 2018, intends to gather, on a regular basis, researchers of all academic age working in both fields of Harmonic Analysis and Geometric Measure Theory. The topics covered amount to a broad spectrum of subjects, reflecting current trends in the interface between Harmonic Analysis and Geometric Measure Theory. Those shall include, but not be limited to, the following: harmonic analysis techniques in solving PDEs, regularity theory for PDEs, optimal transport, metric measure spaces, currents in Euclidean spaces and beyond, varifolds and applications.
